European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Romanian government has announced that the state-controlled electricity provider Electrificare CFR will lay off 110 employees as part of the action plan agreed with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank and the European Commission in order to decrease the state budget deficit.
