On 30th of June, the Commercial Court of Tours took the decision on the take over of the road sign and signboard manufacturer, SES (385 employees). The company - which has been placed in receivership since May 2011 - has already cut 106 jobs last March and closed down two sites in Wattignies (Nord) and Chaudun (Aisne) (see related ERM factsheet). The new owner, Alandia, announced its intention to keep 246 out of 385 existing employees.
