KME Locsa, a manufacturer of copper and zinc alloy products, has presented a redundancy procedure for all 120 workers at its site in Córdoba. The unions have rejected the procedure. Currently, the Labour Authority is considering the case.
KME Locsa was founded in 1993 and is a subsidiary of the Italian multinational KME. KME is a pan-European industrial group with a leading position in the global market for copper and copper alloy products. It has a workforce of about 6,700 employees in 16 countries.
