Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
On 14 June 2011 Voice Contact Center opened a new call center in Łódź and hired 102 people. The company plans to increase the workforce up to 200 employees, but there is no further information on the creation of additional jobs besides those 102 new jobs that are already announced. The call center provides services mainly to customers operating in the financial sector and telecommunications.
