European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On May 31, 2011, construction company SCT E-BA filed for bankruptcy and 427 employees will lose their jobs. This follows the bankruptcy of its parent company SCT d.d. (see related fact sheet 16737) and the lack of resources to relaunch the business. At the end of 2010, the company had 427 employees, who will lose jobs as a result of the bankruptcy.
