European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Iveco, a manufacturer of trucks and vans belonging to the Fiat group, is to create 300 new jobs. The company and the trade unions reached an agreement on working on Saturday; moreover, the agreement envisages the creation of 300 new jobs (200 workers will be hired with temporary agency work contracts) by the end of 2012. In Italy Iveco has around 9,500 employees.
