Description

Saar Gumami Czech, a Germany-based producer of gaskets and seals for car doors, is to create about 150 new jobs at its site in Červený Kostelec following an agreement reached with Ford Motor Company. The plant was set up in 2000 and currently employs 850 people.

UPDATE - 17/06/2011 - according to latest news, the German investor sold the firm to a Chinese state company - Chongqing Light Industry & Textile (CQLT). The business transaction was due to insolvency of the Saar Gummi group.
