European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
French Faurecia Corporation, a producer of components for the automotive industry, is to create 700 new jobs at its subsidiary in Kosice. As a result of this business expansion, the employment will increase to more than 1,000 workers.
The new investment is worth more than € 8 million and the intention is to increase the production of dashboards. The company's main customers are well-known car producers such as Audi, Daimler, Ford, Jaguar, Land Rover, PSA, Peugeot Citroën, Volkswagen and Volvo.
