European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 4 May 2011, engineering and IT consulting company SII announced that it is to recruit 850 employees in France between 2011 and 2012. This is part of a large restructuring plan resulting in the creation of 1,300 new jobs worldwide. SII is looking for engineers in research and development, consultants and IT project managers. The company indicated that the recruitment is open to disabled people. The company employs 5,527 people worldwide.
