I.C.A. (former SVIK), a Slovak garment factory in Svidnik, announced the collective dismissal of 100 employees. The redundancies are attributed to persisting downturn in the sector resulting in a significant decline in the number of orders from customers. The company is one of the biggest employers in the region where the unemployment rate reaches almost 20%.
