European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The retail group Sonae announced the opening of 60 new shops across Spain in 2011. This move will create more than 1,000 jobs. In 2010, the groups had already increased its presence in Spain with the opening 46 new shops.
