European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Yazaki Romania, part of the Japanese group Yazaki, manufacturer of motor vehicle components for Ford, announced its intention to hire 110 new employees at its plant in Caracal. The jobs will be created by the summer 2011.
