Description
On March 10th, the HR manager of the group La Poste, the national postal service, announced the company's plan to reduce its workforce by 10,000 in 2011 (11,700 positions were lost in 2010). La Poste announced that it is also planning to recruit 4,000 employees in 2011 (more than in 2010, with 2,800 recruitments) and 2,500 young workers into apprenticeships. However, even with the new recruitments the company will still be reducing its total workforce by approximately 10,000.
