Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

On 3 March 2011, information and communications company ITS Group (1,000 employees worldwide) announced that it will be recruiting an additional 250 employees in 2011 for its headquarters and regional sites (30% of the recruitments). The company recruited 180 employees in 2010.
