Description
Luton council has announced that it is to cut 306 jobs as part of £22m in cuts to be made in the next financial year. Street services staff, food safety inspections and pavement repairs will be affected by the plans.So far the council has agreed 50 voluntary redundancies and has announced that it is to make a further 256 people compulsorily redundant.
