Ethics in the digital workplace

Sharp has announced plans to create 300 new jobs at its Wrexham solar panel factory. The company undertook a £30m investment that will almost double its production capacity at the site, with an additional 3,000 panels being made every day. As part of the development plan, a new training academy is being opened, training between 25 and 50 solar panel installers per month.
