Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
In 2010, the bank Crédit agricole announced the recruitment of over 4,000 new employees in France on permanent contracts (60% young graduates and 40% experienced candidates), 5,000 interns and over 1,700 candidates for work-study placements. The majority of the recruitments will be for retail in Crédit Agricole and LCL Caisses régionales (regional banks), and for international positions (commercial personnel, client consultants).
