Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Business consultancy Global e-Business Operations announced plans to create 400 new jobs at the centre of business innovation and transformation in Wrocław by the end of 2011. The company renewed contracts with previous customers and acquired new ones. The company will hire students, college graduates as well as experienced specialists for various departments - i.e. accounting, HR, financial operations, customer service, and project management.
Since 2005, some 2,030 jobs have been created at the centre. The company hired 650 people in 2010 and 71% of the workforce are women.
