European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 23 November 2010, a company producing furniture Tom from Mokronog in the Osrednje-slovenska region entered bankruptcy procedure and all 150 employees will be made redundant. The company is highly indebted and has failed to acquire additional capital. It has also faced decrease in orders.
