European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
SGP Zasavje is a construction company from Trbovlje in Zasavska region employing 134 employees. The entire Slovenian construction sector is in crisis caused by payment arrears and the lack of new orders. As a consequence, the company entered the bankruptcy procedure. All employees will lose their jobs. In recent months, employees had gone on strike to protest at non-payment of wages.
