Elektrobit, which produces equipment and software for wireless communications and cars, lays off 60 workers in Finland.
Negotiations between the company and employee representatives started on October 28, 2010. The company cites the need to improve its profitability through adapting workforce to declining sales. Elektrobit also announced new temporary lay-offs, which could last until August 2011.
