Description
On 6 December 2010, the automotive supplier Allgaier made an announcement to cut 110 jobs at its site in Uhingen by 1 January 2011. In Uhingen 1,240 staff was employed at the end of 2009. Overall the company employed 1,941 employees in 2009. Furthermore the daily Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung reported that the firm had run a deficit in 2009.
