European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Banca MB, one private investment bank, is to close with the loss of 112 jobs. Due to its financial crisis, the bank was put in "extraordinary administration" in 2009. In November 2010, the commissioners have started the collective dismissals procedures for 112 workers.
