European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Ikea, an international manufacturer and retailer of furnishing products, is to create 230 new jobs, with the opening of a new store in San Giovanni Teatino, in the province of Chieti. The new store will be opened by the end of June 2011. In Italy, Ikea has 6,300 employees and in 2011 it will have 20 stores.
