European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 5 October 2010 Prevent Halog, a producer of car seat covers announced plans to recruit 100 new workers. Increasing orders facilitated the management decision to hire new staff. Prevent Halog also announced that newly employed people will be previous workers of bankrupted Prevent Global and Prevent Avtomobilski Deli. Total number of employees in Prevent Halog is now 595.
