The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Construction company Vetruna intends to create 400 new jobs in Visaginas. Currently the company is working on the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant project, which is financially supported by the International Ignalina Decommissioning Support Fund. The project is managed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and planned to be finished by the end of 2010. Currently the company employs 600 employees.
