Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Acticall Group, a French provider of customer service outsourcing, will recruit approximately 200 new operators at the centre in Nancy (Meurthe et Moselle) by mid 2011. To accommodate their growth in staff, the group is also acquiring a new 3600 square meter site into which they have invested 1.5 million euros for management and equipment. Acticall currently employs 4,000 people across 14 sites.
