Description

Zakłady Chemiczne Police is introducing a voluntary redundancy program which will result in 250 to 300 employees leaving the company by the end of 2010. The program will start on 1st September and terminate at the end of the year. Employees who enter the program will receive a compensation equal to six month's wages and a severance pay.

Police is one of the largest Polish companies in the chemistry business, well known for manufacturing ammonia and acids as well as compound fertilizers.
