The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
DnB Nord bank announced it will hire 100 employees and open five branches by the end of 2010. The bank has been present in the Polish market since 2003. At first it provided corporate banking services, but it has since expanded to serve individual customers, small and medium enterprises, local governments etc. Over the past year, DnB Nord has been restructuring and has managed to lower costs and increase profits. Now that the company has decided to develop, there is a potential for more job creation in the future.
