The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Slovak construction company Vahostav will cut its staff by 323 workers before the end of August 2010. The redundancies are attributed to a decreased demand in construction, which amongst other factors is due to delays in building planned highways.
