European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Indian SMR is to expand its capacity in Hungary (Mosonmagyaróvár) and hire 250 people this year at the Mowin Industrial Park (30.000 m2). Some 30% of the new employees will work as engineers and skilled workers; others will work as trained techniciens. The representative of the government and the local authority have welcome the initiative.
Its production capacity increased to 7,5 Million rear view mirrors for the European market. The company expects a further increase in the production and 150 new jobs may be created. The company has already a factory in Mosonszolnok with 1.000 employees.
