The company intends to hire people with higher education in the field of finance, accounting, human resources, and insurance. The knowledge of a foreign language are an important advantage for candidates. For an entry level in outsourcing services the net salary is of approximately 285 euro and for the same position a foreign language speaker gains 380 euro.
