Hayden's Bakeries is opening a new premises this week in Devizes, Wiltshire, creating 150 new jobs across all levels. The company is the town's largest employer, having originated as a single shop in Marlborough in 1976, and had an turnover of £21m in 2009. It supplies bakery, patisserie and chilled desert products for Waitrose and Marks and Spencer. Devises MP Claire Perry will officially open the site on 25th June. No figures were given for the number currently employed by the company.
