Stream Global Services, an American multinational that operates call centres globally, has announced 400 new jobs in Dublin. The company successfuly bid for a contract with Microsoft to support customers of its Xbox 360 games console to the European market. Stream presently employs approximately 300 people at its Dublin site. It is intended that the Dublin office will provide multi-lingual support, offering 16 different languages for European customers. It is understood that the initial phase of the implementation will be fully operational in the third quarter of 2010.
