European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Pastificio Rana, one of the leaders on European fresh pasta market, is to create 150 new jobs by the end of 2010. The increase in workforce is due to the positive results that the company registered in the last years: the turnover and the production have increased over the last four years and the company will open a new plant in San Giovanni Lupatoto, in the province of Verona, by the end of 2010. The Pastificio Rana has around 1,000 employees.
