US-owned pharmaceutical multinational, Merck Sharp and Dohme (MSD) is to create 150 jobs in Dublin due to the opening of a new business services centre. MSD is establishing its European, Middle East and Africa (Emea) shared business services centre in the Irish capital. MSD, which merged with Schering-Plough, employs about 2,300 people in total across its various plants in Counties Wicklow, Carlow, Tipperary, Cork and Dublin.
