Description
Deutsche Boerse, the largest European exchange organization, is to create about 247 new jobs in Prague due to the company's decision to relocate around two-third of 370 positions, particularly in Frankfurt and Luxemburg, to Prague by 2013 (see related fact sheet No 15280). The restructuring measure is part of a cost saving plan of 50 million Euro and motivated by the need to increase efficiency. The company intends to save another 100 million Euro per year up to a total 150 million Euro in 2013.
