Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

In January German mail-order shopping company Otto Versand announced it was planning to create 100 new jobs in 2010 as it was predicting a´suceessful business year'. Otto Versand has been successful by expanding its online-marketing strategies, with most of its orders now coming online rather than from catalogues.
