Description

North American company Ferro Corp is to cut 125 jobs in Portugal between now and August as it transfers plastics manufacturing operations to Spain. The job losses are expected to reduce the costs of the company's manufacturing operations in Europe. Ferro Corp. announced that it will transfer part of its operations from its factory in Castanheira, Portugal, to its plant in Almazora, Spain.
