Description

French call centre firm Acticall plans to open a new site in Clermont-Ferrand, Auvergne, creating 400 new jobs (200 by the end of 2010). Adding to their 12 existing sites across France (currently employing 3600), the new site will commence operations after its first wave of recruitment is completed this summer. The group specialises in customer services and has a 2010 turnover forecast of €130 million.
