Description
French retail banking group Crédit du Nord announced plans to create 800 permanent jobs by the end of 2010. 80% of these new posts are to be in client-facing roles with the other 20% to be created in marketing and IT.
Crédit du Nord's banks include Courtois, Kolb, Laydernier, Nuger, Rhône-Alpes, Tarneaud and Crédit du Nord. The group is a full subsidiary of Société Générale and specialises in dealing with professionals and small businesses.
