Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Up to 600 jobs are to be lost at Cornwall council over the next four years. This is a result of its need to save £100m from it's budget over the same time period. The county's single largest employer with more than 21000 staff, the council says most of the losses will come from a recruitment freeze; however, it has allocated £7m from its reserves to finance redundancies.
