European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Qiagen, a Dutch biotechnology corporation, announced the creation of 150 jobs in its site in Hilden in 2010. The company has experienced a record growth of 22% in 2009, management said. Qiagen is a global player in testing and providing products to molecular diagnostics laboratories and pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
