Description
Mabey bridge, a firm making towers for wind turbines, announced plans to create 240 new jobs in Chepstow. According to the company, production at the facility will provide around half the UK's requirement for wind turbine towers, greatly reducing the need for developers to import. The firm is part of the Mabey Group, a private family-owned group with a £150m turnover and nearly 1,000 employees. As of 1 February 2010 no date has been given for the creation of the jobs.
