International appliance company Electrolux announced the dismissal of 90 out of 550 employees in Mariestad. 80 are blue collar workers and 10 are white collar workers. The reason is decreasing demand for the company's goods and that the factory now declares severe losses.
Electrolux produces products, such as cookers and cooktops, ovens, fridges and freezers, dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, room air conditioners and vacuum cleaners.
