European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 13 November 2009, the optician chain Fielmann announced the creation of around 650 new jobs by the end of the year. Jobs are created in Germany where the company has opened 21 new shops since the beginning of the year. Fielmann employs around 13,300 staff worldwide.
