European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Czech chemical company Spolchemie has launched a restructuring plan that envisages at least 200 job cuts by the end of 2009 due to the global economic crisis. Currently, the plant located in Ústí nad Labem employs 950 workers.
