Description
Czech Television, public service broadcaster, announced the launch of a cost-saving plan involving 120 job cuts by the end of March 2010. According to the general manager, Jiří Janeček, the restructuring starting as of 1 November 2009 might affect up to 30 percent of the 2,300 staff (i.e. 690 people). The final decision will follow a personal audit.
