European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Vertaris, a French paper company based in Isère in the southeast of France, has announced the creation of 200 jobs at its new site.
The project, which will be implemented in two phases, will lead to the creation of 140 jobs in 2010 and another 60 jobs before January 2012. 11 million euro will be invested. In September 2008, the Commercial Court of Grenoble had announced the liquidation of Matussiere et Forest, a French paper company based in Isère.
