Description

SEWS Slovakia in Topolcany, a producer of wire harnesses, will dismiss 430 employees until the end of November 2009. SEWS, a British producer of components for the automotive industry, will delocalise a part of production from Slovakia to Romania. Redundancies concern production workers as well as the administrative staff and are related to the downturn in car production followed by internal restructuring of the company.
